Debbie
Debbie loves all forms of exercise and has been teaching barre, trx, and boot camp style classes for the last 15 years. She loves helping people feel their best and finding something they will stick with. She found yoga only a few years ago and fell in love. After only a handful of classes she knew that she wanted to get certified in yoga. She now is certified 200hr ytt. Mindfulness and yoga philosophy are her favorite aspects of yoga but she also loves the restorative effects it has on mind, body, and spirit. When she isn’t teaching, Debbie loves dancing, enjoys nature, and chatting with friends. She hopes that her classes will help each student connect with themselves and their body, become more mindful, and practice their yoga off the mat in everyday life.
