We welcome you to this course as Mindful Space Yoga and Meditation is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete verified training with this school are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs). By completing this training students will also receive a 200 Hours Integrated Teacher Training Certificate under Yoga Alliance.

Jorgelina Chaij

This program is led by the seasoned teacher, Jorgelina Chaij.
Jorgelina, founder of Mindful Space Yoga & Meditation Studio, transitioned from business administration to become a yoga teacher driven by her passion for serving the community. Her extensive training includes a 200-hour Holistic Yoga Flow certification with Travis Elliot and Daniel Head, as well as advanced E-RYT® 500 / YACEP® 1000 Hour-IP Registered Therapeutic Specialist training under Tiffany Cruinkshak. She furthered her expertise with mindfulness and meditation training from renowned figures like Rashmi Bismark, Cortland Dahl, Mingyur Rinpoche, and Diana Winston. Jorgelina is also certified in trauma awareness and substance abuse recovery techniques, employing her skills in residential treatment settings. Her philosophy emphasizes inclusivity, compassion, and personalized guidance for students at all levels of practice.

Saturdays & Sundays 12:00 pm -5:00 pm

Pre-requirements:

  • Minimum requirement of six months of yoga practice, but it is recommended to have at least one year of yoga practice experience.
