
200 Hour Integrated Yoga Teacher Training
Mindful Space Yoga and Meditation is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete a verified training with this school are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).
Instructor: Jorgelina Chaij, founder of Mindful Space Yoga & Meditation Studio, will lead the program. Read her information.
She has completed her 200 Hour Holistic Yoga Flow with Travis Elliot and Daniel Head and her E-RYT® 500 /, YACEP®. And Therapeutic Specialist with Yoga Medicine®under the guidance of Tiffany Cruinkshak. She completed her modules around the world, from Costa Rica, Spain, Thailand, and USA. In order to expand her understanding of Mindfulness and Meditation, she completed Calming the Mind with Cortland Dahl Ph.D. and Mingyur Rinpoche. As well as, UCLA MARK, MAPs I, II, and Cultivating Forgiveness with Diana Winston.

Integrated Yoga Flow 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course delivers training that encompasses methods and teaching from classical Raja and Hatha Yoga, across modern vinyasa and asana, to traditional pranayama and meditation, with modern science in anatomy and physiology and research to guide the way forward. The curriculum aims to provide knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and adjustments.
